Search Inc. and No Boundaries will host Britney Qualls, Community Work Incentive Coordinator, who will present Benefits Planning: The Work Incentive Planning and Assistance Program (WIPA) on Monday, February 6, 2017, from 6:30pm – 8:00pm at No Boundaries, 824 Dempster St., Evanston. - How to get free employment services to assist in finding employment
