Giving Tuesday is a global day of generosity and giving back. This year’s theme at Search is centered on togetherness.

We interviewed Abby S., the Visibility Artist that designed Search’s Giving Tuesday 2022 logo! Hear from Abby:

Q: How long have you been in Visibility Arts?

A: About 8 years

Q: What is your favorite part about being in Visibility Arts?

A: Speak my mind through art. I enjoy it, it’s peaceful. I typically like to draw animation, silhouettes and also shading. Figures of animals and humans.

Q: What inspired you to make the hands + heart?

A: We had brainstormed as a class about hands and hearts, then elaborated with positioning. The hands symbolize giving to each other.

Q: What does Giving Tuesday and holiday season mean to you?

A: It means sharing with each other and showing love.
