I came here again this morning for breakfast with a sister and a friend. Our server immediately recognized my sister by name, but not me because I hadn't had that server before. She was great though. She spoke directly to me and my sister who is visually impaired, when taking our orders. Our stuff came out quickly and was very tasty.

I had breakfast this morning at the Ridgeview Grill with a sister and 2 friends. Dean the owner recognized me by name immediately upon our arrival, and they got us seated right away. Our waitress was great and spoke directly to each of us when taking our orders. My sister recommended the French toast stuffed with cheesecake, so that is what I had to eat and it was top-notch. The place was packed when we came but the service was excellent.

I've been to this restaurant a number of times before the renovation, and twice after. The second time was last week. I agree with the previous reviewers. The party room I was in last week I think was a bit small for the size of the crowd, but still this event I attended was pulled off very nicely. The customer service here is excellent as is the food.

i attended an event at Ridgeview Gril last week, I thought the service was good. The only issue that i had was the room we were in was a little small to fit everyone.

After reading positive reviews of Ridgeview Grill on JJ's List, we decided to try it for ourselves, and I have to say we had a very positive experience there. The ambience is great, the food and service were great. Love the big screen TV, and that the place is mass-transit accessible and physically accessible. We'll surely go back to this enjoyable and disability-aware restaurant!

I enjoy the food at the Ridgeview Grill. When I was at the Ridgeview Grill with my friend, we got a table for both of us and we ordered off the menu. They have a friendly waitress there and it doesn't take too long for the food to cook. I enjoy their grilled cheese at the Ridgeview Grill. The waitress let us take our time to order our food. They have good customer service at the Ridgeview Grill and it isn't too hard to calculate a tip. I enjoy the food at the Ridgeview Grill and the waiters and waitresses are friendly there. The Ridgeview Grill is a fun restaurant to go to.

I agree with the previous reviewer. Ridgeview Grill was one of the first "sit down restaurants" to which I took my disabled son. This was many years ago, before they remodeled and upgraded the menu. Regardless, they allowed us an opportunity to teach him how to behave in a restaurant environment. The owners are the same so I imagine the welcoming family environment remains.

Ridgeview Grill recently welcomed our New Trier High School students' Turnabout dinner by providing a private room that perfectly accommodated the comfort and spatial needs of each and every guest. When I first explained what we were looking for to Dean, a family owner, he didn't skip a beat in showing me how the room could be set up so the guests would be comfortable and have maximum accessibility to seat settings.

Our champion server of the evening, Jerilynn (Jeri to locals) singularly attended to the teens with zen-like patience, superior attentiveness to detail, and a beautiful smile, chatting amiably with the teens as she appeared to float in and out of the room balancing trays on both hands and remembering who ordered what.

Thank you, Ridgeview Grill! We will definitely be back!
