I have flowen on delta growing up ,and like their service ,even though I like to be on a train nowadays.Good sevice here ,and food too.

I was just doing a Google search on disability-aware businesses. Found JJ's List at the top of the list, but also found the Delta Airlines website, which proclaimed Delta's commitment to disability-aware service to its airline passengers, and even explained how to request accommodations, and file complaints if passengers do not receive the accommodations they need. I was very impressed by what I read. I hope that Delta Airline passengers who are touched by disability will add their reviews of Delta to JJ's List so that we can find out if Delta is really as committed to disability-aware service as they appear to be.
