Great!
Great!

Staff couldn't be more accommodating.
Offered us a discount for our son with special needs!

Gave us a lane at the opposite end where there were loud camp groups!

Thanks Brunswick!!

The bathroom experience at this location wasn't that accessible for women in wheelchairs. The lane was good and they were able to accommodate a nice ramp for us. the foul censor was a bit distracting for some people and we would suggest turning it off next time.

Went to Brunswick Zone with a group of people who had varying disabilities. We had planned to bowl after having lunch. Due to some time constraints, we were not able to have lunch before we got to the bowling alley. Unfortunately for us, we were not able to bring in food from outside, regardless of dietary restrictions. We explained that we had planned to bowl after lunch and were told, "sorry we could not bring in any food from outside." We had to leave so that our group could eat their lunch and there was no time for us to return to go bowling. Our group had been looking forward to bowling all morning. We understand there are rules, however there has to be some room for compromise. Our group felt like they were not being respected with regard to their disabilities and restrictions.

Ramps for bowling were not steady. Arcade games did not have a lot of variety and were difficult for those without good motor skills to win. No steps within the building which made it easy to get around. When you can find them, the staff was helpful. Can easily see the bowling score on the screen. Didn't like that we had to pay for shoes that we were not using.

Behind the Deerbrook shopping mall is Brunswick. This is a fun bowling place to bowl for birthdays or just for fun. It is wheelchair accessible and there are ramps for bowlers who need a little help with bowling. The animations on the TV's are quite interesting because they are all about bowling pins. I have bowled for years with NSSRA at Brunswick Zone.
