I went with the Ignite group to the CTA train station for Free Donuts for national Donuts day and I thought the customer service was okay because I thought the customer service was lacking a bit because the server looked impatient and a bit annoyed with me because I chose iced coffee and long john donuts instead of regular donuts holes, even though board was well lit and I can see the board.

I went to this location once, and I didn't really like it as much as I do other Dunkin' Donuts I've been into. Since it's in a CTA station, there isn't really a lot of space there, and there are no places to sit down and enjoy your food/drinks. Secondly, when I went there, I asked for a specific drink that I knew just about every other Dunkin' Donuts location had, and the employee I asked said they didn't have it, which I thought was frustrating. So, I decided not to order anything and get a drink elsewhere. I don't think I'll be back here, unless I'm taking the CTA for whatever reason and have no time to get coffee anywhere else.

Cafe was located in the Davis CTA station. Employees were respectful and patient, and gave choices. Cafe did not have seating area but was wheelchair accessible.
