I stayed at this hotel earlier this week while in Santa Barbara on vacation with friends. The ladies who checked us in at the front desk when we first got there were very friendly and helpful. I had my own room complete with an accessible bathroom. When I say "accessible" I'm not lying. The bathroom was big enough for a wheelchair user to access, and it had grab bars. There was also a wheelchair-accessible tub/shower. I'm not a wheelchair user but very much appreciated this. My bed was also very comfortable. The food I ate there was delicious. I'm definitely coming back here to stay sometime. Highly recommended for your next vacation!
