The disability awareness training at Synchrony Financial Services was a good experience for me and the audience. The audience was engaged and willing to participate in the training. The people were welcoming, respectful, and very polite. It was very nice for Synchrony to provide us with pizza! It was a little hectic getting into the room to get set up for the training because of the crowd, but overall the training was a good was valuable for me and the audience.

Synchrony Financial has a very active Business Resource Group for disability, and we got to train a large number of Synchrony staff in how to interact confidently and comfortably with a co-worker or customer with a disability. We know for a fact that Synchrony employs people with disabilities and were told that they are upgraded their website to ensure accessibility for people with disabilities.

This review is long overdue. I came to this financial institution at the end of last year for an event. The event organizers and presenters did a wonderful job as always, and all staff and volunteers with whom I interacted were great. There was lots of room for people in wheelchairs to get around too!
