Staff needs more training on the laws of the state with getting jobs for their clients, disabilities, better communication with clients, their families, better job coachs with experience. Used up all my sons funding without getting him employment then he gets employment and looses that job with a job coach because of safety concerns without notifying the family. DHS was very displeased.The whole situation was sad, our son was the one who suffered from Countrysides errors..
