The staff were friendly, they gave us choices and time to be independent. They spoke directly to us and were respectful. The store was quiet and the lights weren't too bright. It could be difficult for people with wheel chairs to get around the store as the bathrooms were smaller and the tables were tall.

I came back to this Starbucks location a couple weeks ago with my tutor Ricky. I had one of their gift cards so that's how I paid for my drink. The person who took our orders spoke to me directly, and she did a great job. We got exactly what we had ordered, plus I got to take home a bonus item. I got one of those Starbucks cups with straw included. I previously never used one of their take-home cups, but I'm enjoying it.

I love their vente chai lattes because it warms me up even on the coldest days. I felt happy and grateful that when I didn't have enough money, someone paid 11 cents for me. I thanked that person for that because it made me feel appreciative.

I have been to an infinite number of Starbucks around the country and found that some are more disability friendly than others. In this specific Starbucks I noticed that the layout of the coffee shop was very disability friendly, providing several necessities for physically disabled people. These included specifically reserved seating for individuals with disabilities, plenty room around the tables and serving area, and in the bathrooms as well.

I've been here a number of times with others and I'm always impressed. The people who work at this Starbucks are very friendly, and the baristas have always spoken directly to me. In addition, there's always something good for me even though I'm not a coffee drinker.

My experience was okay. The workers were friendly. They charged me for the wrong drink, but when I went back they gave me my money back and said sorry.
