Great!
Great!

Beth Osten’s insurance department has been given a bad reputation based upon the past. They now have staff that has helped me with all my insurance questions as well as go to bat for me when the insurance company pulls the same nonsense they like to do. The insurance department has been able to get my visits paid and they are always available to speak to me. Beth Osten’s insurance department is now exceptional and I would refer them anytime!

Terrible!
Terrible!

They have the WORST Billing Department I have ever experienced in my lifetime. You can call them and leave messages and they will not call you back and when you are there if you ask to speak to them they are not in. However, if you owe them money the Billing Person will be at the Front Desk waiting for you to arrive. Even the Therapist will ask if you paid your bill case they missed you.

Make you sure your child is pre-certified because they will say they are doing it, but I had to do it 2 years in a row now and got excuse after excuse from them.

Watch your billing statement because if they submit to the insurance company wrong, they just simply charge you instead of resubmitting it.

I could write a Novel on how bad they are but this is all I get.

Turnover is too high to get quality care consistently. I worked with one person with insurance, and she disappeared and now I can't reach anyone. I call the office manager, and she is never around. Something doesn't seem on the up and up.

I concur with the initial review but want to add that Beth Osten does employ persons with disabilites. She has several "helpers" who clean, put back and organize toys. These helpers have some type of a disability.

Disability Awareness:   Has employees with disabilities, Other or suggestions, Accessible Parking, The only comment that I would have is the physical access piece. The exterior doors do not have buttons to push to open the doors, nor are they typically open. Also, the new location is rather large so there is some distance between the waiting rooms an

Absolutely a FANTASTIC group of occupational therapists and social workers. My child has improved dramatically after using the DIR model. Social skills groups are wonderful. We have used the same clinic now over 2 years and will continue to do so. VERY caring staff. Incredibly clean waiting room (toys are always being sanitized). Fantastic therapy rooms as well!
